Our ServicesIf
you choose our law firm, we will initially discuss the case with you and identify
the evidence that we can use to support our case. We will then prepare the response
to the Complaint - typically with a number of citations to previous decisions
that support our arguments. The opposition may then request permission from the
ICANN arbitrator to file a second submission. If the opposition is permitted to
file a second submission, you and your lawyer will then evaluate their second
submission and decide whether it will also be advisable for us to file a second
submission. After all of the submissions have been filed, the arbitrator will
then make a decision within two or three weeks. Hiring

describing your domain name dispute. After we have reviewed your submission, we
will contact you to discuss the case. The next step is that we will send to you
a letter which will confirm our firm's commitment to you. Since domain name disputes
and US trademark issues involve federal laws and do not generally involve state
laws, we can provide assistance to clients located throughout the United States
and around the world. If it may become necessary to file a lawsuit in a state
in which one of our lawyers is not licensed, we will coordinate the legal work
with lawyers in the jurisdiction who will provide any legal services that may
require local licensure. We look forward to an opportunity to assist you. |
